Ethyl acetate’s major use is as a solvent and are present in varnishes, perfumes, paints, nail varnish remover etc. Ethyl Acetate LR grade and Ethyl Acetate AR grade are the most commonly and easily available grades. The risk of toxicity is low but with concentrated exposture one may experience drowsiness.
